If a condition is lacking, it will be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector in France. Tisserin Coquet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale in accordance with changes in French law and jurisprudence. Nevertheless, the general sales conditions will be those applied at the time of the order.

ORDERING

Users can order from the online catalog (there is no paper catalog).

The customer can choose items directly on each page and indicate the quantity required. You can access your order via the shopping cart at the top right of the page. The order is the subject of a summary which includes the elements specific to the products/objects in the order. Once the basket is displayed, the customer can either :
– Confirm your order by choosing your payment method;
– change the quantity of an item ;
– delete an item by updating the order ;
– delete the entire order.

The Customer must provide a valid delivery address or, if applicable, a valid e-mail address – in the event that the address provided does not enable the order to be delivered correctly, resulting in the order being returned, the Customer will be responsible for resending the parcel.

Validation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of the special conditions of sale specific to each of the products/objects in the order (name, price, color, weight, quantity, special features of the products).
The customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of and accepts the fixed delivery charge.
It is also stipulated that the sales contract is only formed once full payment for the order has been received by our bank. Once payment has been validated, Tisserin Coquet will send confirmation of the order by e-mail to the address communicated by the Customer.

In the event that a product is no longer available for sale, Tisserin Coquet undertakes to immediately notify the Customer by e-mail, who will have the option of requesting, within 7 days, the replacement of the product by another of his choice at an equivalent price, or to be reimbursed for the price of the missing product.

The Customer may not resell the products. Any order placed by a Customer is for personal use or for the personal use of the person in whose name the delivery is to be made.
The customer is solely responsible for the effective payment of the products purchased and for the details transmitted for delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

Customers can pay for their purchases by the following means:

  • Credit card (via Paypal module)
  • Paypal account
  • Bank transfer

If payment is made by Paypal, the Customer must enter his/her bank details and credit card information on the secure Paypal site.

If the Customer already has a Paypal account, he can pay directly with his Paypal account. They will then receive confirmation of their order by e-mail.

The delivery time will be longer in the case of payment by bank transfer (dispatch subject to collection).

We do not offer payment on delivery (cash on delivery) or by cheque.

Customers warrant that they are fully entitled to use a credit card and that the credit card provides access to sufficient funds to cover all costs associated with placing an order on the tisserincoquet.fr website. Only persons legally capable of entering into contracts concerning the goods and services offered on the site may order from the tisserincoquet.fr site.

RATES

The prices displayed on the site are in EUROS and are exclusive of tax (VAT not applicable , article 293 B of the French General Tax Code(CGI)).

The price of the articles is the one mentioned on the site.

This amount depends on the weight of the order and the country of delivery.

For all payments by credit card or Paypal account, the validation of the payment by Paypal will be considered as proof of the sales contract.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Given the nature of the purchase, refunds are not possible for instant downloads (PDF templates).

In accordance with article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. In the event of exercising this right, the customer must return the purchase intact (unused) and in its original packaging, at his or her own expense. In particular, the purchase must not have been in contact with a smoking environment, which would make it impossible to sell it again.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for books or any damaged, dented, stained or spoiled items.
Returns should preferably be made by Colissimo; Tisserin Coquet cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of the package.

Tisserin Coquet will reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days following the date of withdrawal, by default by the same means of payment chosen at the time of the order (or any other method of reimbursement if specified in the return package).

In accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for any supply of goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, the Customer may not exercise his right of withdrawal for any order of products placed at the Customer’s request.
