Chocolate cakes are always popular with us. I think one of our favourites is this brownie, very quick to make and very delicious!<\/p>\n\n

Rich in chocolate, its taste is enhanced by a hint of salt and a touch of coffee to give it a little extra depth. Before trying out this recipe, I used to make all my chocolate cakes with cornflour and stiffly beaten egg whites to make them light and fluffy. I haven’t tried this recipe without the nuts yet, but I can’t see why it wouldn’t work just as well as a basic chocolate cake base. To be continued!<\/p>\n
